How can I tell that face no?

Here's Andrew ready to go to the beach! I really think he enjoyed the beach. He wouldn't stay out there too long...maybe an hour. All he wanted to do was walk up and down the beach. I didn't mind because I love walking the beach. It was funny to watch him...he would just stare at the sand and go for miles down the beach. We got him in the water a little and he thought it was quite funny when the waves would come crashing on him.

Getting a decent family picture with Andrew these days just isn't going to happen!
Josh and Jill came in Wednesday night to spend the rest of the week with us. We had fun with them and they did a great job spoiling Andrew!! :)
On our way home we went through Hammond to see John, Amy and Sadie! It was GREAT seeing them!! We haven't seen them since our wedding. I had better pictures of Amy and Sadie, but I deleted them before I was able to save them...not sure exactly how I managed that!! Anyway, it was great to see them and Sadie is such a sweetie!! I was so impressed with how well she is talking!
It looks a wee bit lighter in this picture.
What was Andrew doing while we painted you ask? Well, he was taking a nap but woke up when we were waiting for it to dry. He entertained himself with the mirror for a while...
Who is that handsome boy?
Then he tried to play in the bathroom. He was DENIED by me!! Here's what he thought of that...
What a mean mommy I have!
He finally gave up on the fight and went to see if Dr. Phil could give him some advice...
I think Dr. Phil is brainwashing my child!

He decided Dr. Phil wasn't for him and played in his tent.
Today will be filled with going to the pool and relaxing. We have plenty of other rooms to paint but no funding yet. Plus it's SO hot! Another project probably won't happen until the fall.
As I took this picture I said, "say marbles" and only my parents did..obviously. Todd couldn't pose for the picture. He was too busy trying to figure out his next move.
My parents could also be found playing Sudoku!

All the boys could be found playing computer games against each other. It must have been dinner time when we took this picture because that was the only time they stopped!!
Andrew enjoyed all the attention he got from everyone. My sister has four kids so Andrew got to be held at all times!!! He was VERY upset when they were loading the car up to leave. Guess he knew his friends were leaving.
