Matt took the boys camping last weekend. They got dirty and had a blast!

Uncle Josh and cousin Jack even came down for a night!!

They had a playground and the boys really enjoyed the slide.

And, here's where they all slept. I must say that while I did miss them, I SURE did enjoy my time at home with Claire!! I've always thought she was an easy baby, but it wasn't until then that I really got to enjoy it! She's so content and easy going. And it's crazy how much time I had with just one kid!! Needless to say, I'll be pushing for them to go camping every year! :)

On another note....
Claire started solids this week!! She started with peas....

and she liked them!!!
Girl went to town on those peas. She's not six months yet, but my doc said if she seemed ready I could start her early...and the girl was ready!!

And here's just a cute pic of the boys I took one evening. I think this was right before they started fighting on who could sit on the top!
However, Mommy won that battle because we don't sit on the top!!

I love when the boys play outside because it's easy entertainment for Claire. She loves to sit and watch her brothers. Won't be long and she'll be out there romping around with them.

We registered this little guy for Kindergarten.
I can't believe it. Seems like the thing to do here is homeschool, but that's just not for me! He's very excited and thinks he's riding the bus. Not sure if that will happen tho.

Claire turned 5 months this week.
She is such a sweet baby. I have been blessed with 3 easy babies...of course when they turn 2 they usually make up for it.
She loves her brothers and thinks they are pretty funny.This kid is just a mess!
Tonight Claire had a HUGE messy diaper. I got her all nice and clean, but wanted to dip her in the tub. Blake was in the tub by himself and I asked him if I could put Claire's tub in with him and clean her off. He told me to take her to my tub. I explained to him that I couldn't do that because if something happened to him I wouldn't hear him. He said he didn't want Claire to smoosh him so I just gave her a bath in the kitchen sink. How do people do that? She was slippin' and sliding all over the place!

where to begin...

I'm officially a soccer mom!

Andrew started playing Upward soccer a few weeks ago. So far he's enjoyed it. The season is only 8 weeks long. We've had one game and they did really well. We'll see if he wants to play next season.

We got the kiddos a fish tank.

They have been wanting one for EVER! We went to Pet Smart to look at the animals and came home with this. Not sure if you can see them, but we got 5 fish.

And Miss Claire is trying to grow up way too fast on me. This is her latest trick...

I'm pretty sure she's doing some sort of Yoga move. :)

The weather has been SO nice here!! We've really been enjoying being outside. I dread the summer tho!

I decided to try out Claire in her swing. She wasn't too sure at first....

but ended up loving it!!

Blake? Not so much! Well, it looks okay, but it's blurry because the boy couldn't be still.

Andrew wanted to give Claire her bottle the other day. It lasted a whole 5 mins because she was taking in more air than milk. :) She kept grabbing the bottle and this was annoying him.
So, he held her hand to keep it down.

It's sweet things like that that get me through my crazy days!!

another random post

Our church had an egg hunt for the kiddos. The boys had fun. Okay, so they don't look like they are having fun in this pic, but they did! :) This was their first egg hunt this year. At first Blake, wasn't sure what to do, but he caught on quickly. And 3 egg hunts later....he's now a pro!!

Can't believe it's already Easter. Seems like it was just Christmas! Wish this year would slow down!!!

And this is for my sister...

The boys love their pillowcases! Blake uses his pillow all the time. He's constantly pulling it out of his room. He's a mess!! And he loves Hungry Hippos! I do too!...probably because it doesn't require me to think!!!

couple of 1st

Claire had a couple of 1st this week....

she started cereal

took a bath like a big girl in her tub!And used her new Cutesy towel!!

We took a quick trip to AR and this was the only pic I took! I'm a loser!! Blake got to sit in the back with Andrew and thought he was a big boy. They had fun back there!!

Claire's getting big!! She is one happy and content little girl! We are having so much fun with her!! And I'm having fun shopping for her!

The weather here has been AWESOME! I hate to brag, but it's just been so nice! The boys have had so much fun playing outside. Andrew was so excited to have a picnic.

I must say the boys got to pick out their outfits this day since we were staying home. :)

I'm trying to teach Andrew to feed Claire. :) Okay, not really, but it would be nice!

Miss Claire turned 3 months this week. :(

Blake and Andrew are in a Power Ranger phase. I'm sure they'll move on to something else next month.Andrew actually posing for the camera...

zoo, guns and fun!

Last week we met some friends at the zoo. It was a fun trip.

My favorite part was when we got back to the car and realized Claire's diaper had leaked pooh and it went ALL up her back. Thankfully it only got on her clothes and not all over the Bjorn. It was a huge mess tho!!
